Process Engineer

• Join the meeting with client (and any potential client) during the project execution

• Provide the process advise to engineering manager or project manager

• Lead the process engineering team and find out new candidate for process department

• Perform the process engineering design (i.e Prepare PFD, H&M balance, P&IDs, Equipment List, Equipment process Datasheet, Cause & Effect chart,..)

• Drafting process ideas to reduce costs and improve production rates in industrial plant.

• Performing risk assessments.

• Ensuring processes comply with safety and quality standards.

• Performing process simulations.

• Developing routines and best practices to develop the process engineering team which including the training to new engineer.

• Developing standardized documentation & drawing for process department which the instruction/guideline from IntES TOOLs.

• Being Familiar with state health and safety regulations.

• Ability to project management

• Minimum of 3 years of proven work experience as a Process Engineer.

• Strong experience with process simulations and developing standard operating procedures.

• High-level knowledge of Process Engineering software systems.

• Ability to analyze complex processes and identify improvement opportunities.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team.

• A degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
