Mô tả công việc:

Procure and negotiate competitive rates for sea freight, air freight, and inland logistics services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with shipping lines, airlines, and international agents to secure the best pricing and space.
Update and maintain pricing databases and rate sheets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis for the sales team.
Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Operations, Finance) to ensure the accuracy and feasibility of quotations and contracts.
Handle and follow up on overseas sales leads for freight and logistics service inquiries.
Prepare service proposals and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for customers.
Provide customer support by confirming bookings, responding to inquiries, and coordinating shipment-related issues (including returns if any).
Coordinate with carriers, vendors, freight forwarders, and brokers to ensure timely delivery and compliance with regulations.
Collaborate with and provide backup support to team members as required by the direct supervisor.
Perform other tasks assigned by the Department Head.

Yêu cầu công việc:

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or trucking companies in a similar role.
Good knowledge of export shipments to the US and other key markets.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Solid understanding of the logistics market and pricing structure.
Good command of English (especially email communication).
Experience in checking and analyzing ocean freight and warehouse pricing is preferred.
