Observe guests in and around the pool to prevent accidents.
Enforce hotel pool rules professionally and calmly.
Be prepared to assist in emergencies; know CPR and basic first aid.
3. Provide Excellent Guest Service
Greet all guests warmly and offer assistance with poolside needs.
Hand out fresh towels and help guests with seating arrangements.
Offer information about hotel services and nearby amenities.
4. Daily Checks & Reporting
Perform daily inspections of the pool, lounge chairs, and safety equipment.
Report maintenance issues (broken tiles, malfunctioning pumps, etc.) promptly.
Log cleaning schedules, water checks, and safety observations.
5. Enforce Hygiene & Safety Standards
Ensure guests shower before entering the pool if required.
Keep changing rooms, showers, and restrooms clean and stocked.
Check for any slip hazards or broken equipment.
Coordinate with housekeeping and engineering for pool cleanliness and maintenance.
Assist in setting up for poolside events or functions.
Ensure the pool area is presentable for inspections or VIP guests.
