PMS Admin_ Project Management System Admin

• Reports To:Construction Engineering Manager
• Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the PMS system operates effectively and troubleshoot issues.
  • Set up operational environments via PMS.
  • Verify the integrity and logical structure of the PMS database.
  • Coordinate data input from various departments.
  • Interface with suppliers for system upgrades and maintenance.

Internal Relations

• Relevant departments and project disciplines.

External Relations

• Clients and other related disciplines.

Performance Standards

• Compliance with the company's performance appraisal procedures, as per requests from the Project Manager or Client.

Bachelor inInformation Technology/ Software Development/ Industry Management

At least 02 years of experience in Software Business Analysis and/or Application development and/or ERP Operation.

1. Minimum TOEIC 650 or equivalent
