- Receive Project information from the Budgeting Department, communicate with Customers to clarify order details, technical specifications, drawings, samples, color samples, material samples, etc;

- Prepare project documentation (including order/project information and documents) and transfer it to relevant departments (Production, Engineering, Budgeting, etc.);

- Receive amended and supplementary order/project information, coordinate with relevant departments to re-quote, and agree on a solution with the Customer;

- Organize (kick-off meeting) order implementation with relevant departments, present specific orders/projects;

- Closely coordinate with relevant functional departments (Production Department, Manufacturing, Engineering, etc.) to resolve outstanding information for related departments to complete the order;

- Based on order/project requirements, propose color samples, material samples, etc., for approval and agreement between the Customer and the Production Department;

- Organize and maintain records for each order/project and overall project tracking records. Manage related progress, quantity, and quality;

- Coordinate with the Production Department to establish a delivery plan and notify the Customer to carry out the delivery and receipt of goods;

- Coordinate with relevant parties to carry out procedures related to raw material import and finished product export;

- Coordinate and perform other tasks as requested by superiors

-Male/female from 25 years old;

-Graduated from college/university majoring in architecture or interior design...;

- Have at least 03 years of experience working in companies or factories producing wooden furniture for export;

- Good knowledge of wood production and export orders;

-Fluent English to work directly with foreign partners;

-Proficient in office computing (Excel, Word,...), Autocad, and other related support software (Bitrix24h misa...);

- Scientific work arrangement and handling, effective teamwork, skillful and graceful handling of arising incidents...;

- Able to withstand work pressure and capable of working in a team or independently.
