Chi Tiết Công Việc

Follow up on personal documents related to insurance matters and maintain proper filing and record-keeping of documents and supporting materials.
Input and update data into the Company’s software/system.
Scan and photocopy documents and records as required.
Receive and deliver Health Insurance (HI) cards and Social Insurance (SI) books as requested by Insurance Consultants or relevant authorities.
Visit Social Insurance authorities in Ho Chi Minh City and surrounding areas to submit and collect documents and records.
Support Insurance team in preparing, checking, organizing, and arranging documents and records related to Social Insurance (SI) and Health Insurance (HI) matters.
Assist in following up on the processing status of insurance-related documents and provide updates to Insurance Consultants.
Assist in checking and cross-verifying information and data in insurance records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Perform other administrative tasks related to insurance operations as assigned by the Line Manager.

3rd or Final-year student from university with major in HR, Business Administration, English, Economics, Law and relevant.
Must have student confirmation/letter of internship introduction from university.
Able to work full-time in 6 months.
Ability to do multi-task.
Attention to details and be careful.
Ability to work proactively.
Ability to maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
Have planning, time management and organization skills.
Have interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.
