• Duration: 4 months – Full Time
• Type of work: Remotely
• Work location: Working From Home and locations around Ho Chi Minh City according to work requirements

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Research laws and regulations about FDI and related subject matters for case studies and projects of clients.
• Assist in the preparation of content, inputs and materials based on the legal research required.
• Prepare and submit the required documents to secure the approval and licensure of a foreign capitalized company in Vietnam.
• Liaise with authorities to carry out legal formalities and act on the client’s behalf.
• Represent the Company to work directly with clients in HCMC upon their arrival and/or work with relevant stakeholders such as commercial banks and relevant state agencies, etc.
• Collaborate with the Global Business Team in Vietnam, Indonesia, and Singapore to handle clients' queries and participate in their monthly outreach campaigns and the like.
• Undertake other tasks assigned by the seniors.

• Students studying in the 3rd, 4th year or fresh graduated from university in the Law major.
• Good research and analytical skills.
• Good command of English.
• Having client-facing experience is preferred.
• Basic knowledge in Word, Excel and other Microsoft applications.
• Pro-activeness and foreign mindset.
