Chi Tiết Công Việc
Mô tả công việc:
- Develop and improve painting and coating processes for automotive components, ensuring consistency, durability, and aesthetic quality.
- Optimize paint application techniques, including spray, dip, or powder coating, to meet quality standards and reduce waste.
- Monitor and adjust process parameters, such as paint oven temperatures, to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Support root cause analysis and corrective actions (e.g., 8D reports) for coating-related issues, such as defects identified during inspections or audits.
- Implement poka-yoke measures to prevent coating errors and maintain compliance with quality control plans.
- Prepare technical documentation, including process flow diagrams, work instructions, and material specifications, to support production and audits.
- Work closely with production teams, quality engineers, and procurement to align coating processes with production schedules and quality goals.
- Compile and verify data for weekly reports, ensuring accurate documentation of process performance and quality metrics.
Yêu cầu công việc:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Mechanical/ ChemicalEngineering or a related field desired. Equivalent education and experience required.
- Industrial automotive paint experience required.
- Understanding of manual spray guns and application required.
- Spray robotics experience preferred.
- Use of paint quality tools required.
- Understanding of industrial conveyors and paint booths required.
- Strong knowledge of lean principles and the ability to apply them in order to establish and/or improve processes.
- Understanding of visual paint inspection methods.
