Operational Excellence Employee

RKW Vietnam belongs to the RKW Group, Germany, which is one of the largest manufacturers in Vietnam of plastic film products, plastic packaging, plastic bags and composite films supplying to the domestic and international markets.

With continuous development and expansion, we are looking for an Operational Excellence candidate with experience in analyzing production data, attending projects , maintain & improve 5S program, solve problems, especially enthusiasm, dynamism and youthfulness are indispensable factors to participate and develop with the Operation team. You will be an important factor in helping to bring product quality, promoting the development of the company.

• Working location: Lot 22, Road B, Tan Tao Industrial Park, Tan Tao A Ward, Binh Tan District, HCMC
• Working hours: (8:00-17:00)

MAIN JOBS:

In this position, you will perform the tasks of an Operational Excellent Employee to maintain & improve projects to order to ensure production activities smooth and safe

1. Analyze production data (40%)

• Production data collection, processing & analyzing
• Giving recommendations, decision support
• Building reporting

2. Attend related projects (30%)

• Attend projects as assign by manager: improvement, investment
• Manage quick & easy Kaizen program

3. Maintain & improve: 5S program ( 20%)

• Yearly make & follow action plan for 5S program
• Weekly assess and report 5S at workshop
• Yearly train 5S for all workers
• Train 5S for new workers

4. Others (10%)

5. Proficient in office software, data analysis tools and software
