Opearation manager - Logistics Field

Lead and manage daily logistics operations across the Northern region, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.
Oversee air and ocean freight forwarding activities, ensuring smooth coordination with carriers, agents, and clients.
Develop, maintain, and expand partnerships with local customs clearance agents and trucking service providers.
Drive operational excellence, implement best practices, and ensure compliance with company standards and local regulations.
Manage and mentor the operations team, building a high-performance workforce.
Collaborate with other departments (sales, customer service, finance, etc.) to ensure seamless service delivery.
Monitor and analyze KPIs to identify areas for improvement and cost optimization.
Support business growth by ensuring operational capabilities align with company expansion strategies.

15–20 years of proven experience in logistics and supply chain management.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in air and ocean freight forwarding operations.
Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale logistics operations in Northern Vietnam.
Established network with customs clearance and trucking service providers in the region.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Age around 1977 - 1982

Work at a company for at least 5 years
Fluent in English (Chinese is a plus).
