Chi Tiết Công Việc

Execute end-to-end client onboarding activities, including platform setup, system configuration, user training, and go-live support.
Coordinate with Key Account Managers (KAMs), merchants, partners and internal stakeholders to ensure onboarding requirements are completed and merchants are operationally ready for launch.
Coordinate onboarding timelines, identify issues, and proactively drive issue resolution to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
Maintain accurate onboarding documentation, user guides, and process records while gathering merchant feedback to continuously improve onboarding workflows and customer experience.
Escalate technical, operational, or integration-related issues to the relevant teams and track them through to resolution.
Conduct post-onboarding handovers to KAMs, ensuring all account configurations, operational requirements, and outstanding matters are properly documented and communicated.

Experience with ERP/WMS/TMS systems. Having logistics knowledge is a plus point.
IELTS 7.0 or equivalent English proficiency (required for working with international merchants/partners).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple onboarding cases at once.
Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills (Excel, Google Workspace, etc.); familiarity with CRM/ticketing tools is a plus.
