Drive Revenue Growth & Close Deals
- Take ownership of retail sales targets and revenue growth.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline.
- Actively consult customers and convert opportunities into successful deals.
- Forecast performance and adjust strategies to achieve targets.
Deliver Professional Customer Consulting
- Conduct customer consultations through meetings, video calls, phone calls, and online channels.
- Understand customer needs, pain points, and business challenges.
- Recommend suitable HR solutions and guide customers throughout the buying journey.
- Handle objections and improve conversion rates.
Develop New Business Opportunities
- Proactively generate new business through networking, referrals, strategic partnerships, and other business development initiatives.
- Expand the qualified sales pipeline and drive market growth.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
Experienced in Sales/ Consulting (B2B, SaaS, Education, or related industries is highly preferred - not required)
Good English communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
