Order Follow-up:

Monitor the completion of orders till shipment.
Anticipate, solve and escalate problems during order processing

Coordination:

Work together with the team members to achieve common goals.
Coordinate with team members and internal departments for relevant issues or changes.
Report business activity, progress and status, and record them by using assigned applications/systems.
Escalate the issues or problems to his/her manager/superior

Supporting the Team:

Assist the team in sourcing (suppliers and customers), offering, order follow up and any other merchandising activities.
Handle product sample labeling, packing, storage, and delivery.
Arrange product samples in showrooms.

Generate reports

Yêu cầu công việc

Education : Bachelor degree or above
Experience : Previously worked in well-known sourcing companies, trading or buying offices
Food background
Product knowledge: Familiar with the Food products and their approval standards for different Europe, South East Asia and America markets.
Language: Good command of written and spoken English and local native language.
Computers skills: Good computer skills (Excel / Word/ Outlook …)

Knowledges

Commercial and ethical standards of the company
Familiar with terms like sourcing, market, competition, environment and legal requirement

Technical skills

Technical knowledge on Food products
Transverse professional skills
High communication ability
Must be well organized - Pay attention to details
