To ensure moderation quality and consistency by evaluating moderator performance, identifying improvement opportunities, and providing insights that enhance policy compliance, operational excellence, and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Conducts internal audits on moderators case
Does second round moderation
Scrubs errors and completes RCA of errors
Provides coaching to moderators on policy errors
Attends calibration sessions for alignment
Cascades policy alignment to moderators
Collaborates with TLs in formulating action plans for assigned moderators
Appeals validation

Must have completed at least 2 years in college
At least 6 months experience as a Quality Analyst. An experience in content moderation is a plus
Has experience in data analysis and root cause analysis
Excellent English communication skills
Resiliency score within the requirement of the project or queue
Proficient skills with MS Office and Google Products (Mail, Slides, Sheets, Docs, Drive)
Team player and has excellent interpersonal skill
Willing to work on flexible shift timings, including night shifts and public holidays
Can work with minimum supervision
