• Champion Health & Safety: You'll ensure our hotels, transport, and product partners meet the highest safety standards across all destinations, giving our clients peace of mind.
• To take ownership of Client Feedback and Feedback reporting.
• To negotiate competitive rates for our product.
• To update the supplier database for efficient retrieval and referral.
• To assist with cost benchmarking for packages and tours.
• To assist and participate in scheduling business trips and inspection trips.
• To facilitate product research tasks.
• To help oversee our internal system and ensure accurate imagery, copy and rates.
• To take ownership of the product you develop and its lifecycle.
• To support sales & Marketing with Product suggestions for proposals.
• Supplier Management & Contracting: Promptly upload accurate and comprehensive supplier information to SharePoint. Collect and categorise supplier details, adhering to senior contracting guidelines. Ensure seamless product briefs: Upload complete product information to our internal systems.
• Product Planning & Development: Drive product innovation: Collaborate on collecting contracts and tariffs, benchmarking pricing to secure the best deals. Create and manage strong supplier relationships. Contribute to the planning and design of new and existing tours and itineraries. Manage the product lifecycle efficiently with a ‘TMG first’ mindset. Develop client feedback reporting and product improvement suggestions. Conduct product research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities. Help facilitate familiarisation trips for our overseas partners.
• H&S: Support teams across all Vivu destinations with H&S requirements and demands from country needs. To support suppliers with the completion of H&S. Manage the Health & Safety email account, serving as the primary communication point with Sanderson and Phillips. Ensure the database is always as up-to-date as possible and monitor any suppliers whose H&S expires. Conduct in-person H&S inspections as required. Promptly report any concerns or challenges related to H&S compliance.
• Pitching Process: To support sales teams with Pitch requests, advising on suitable products to help win pitches. Support Marketing with product suggestions and content as part of proposals. Carry out research into destination news for our monthly partner updates and advise Marketing and internal teams.

Working location: 70-72 Ba Trieu, Hoan Kiem, Ha Noi

• University graduate.
• Previous experience in tourism and hospitality, either through studies or previous roles.
• Experience of travel in Vietnam.
• Excellent interpersonal skills across a variety of cultures.
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English. Fluency in Vietnamese.
• Must be proficient in using technology and working with software applications (Office Suite).
• A self-starter can work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and targets.
• Able to solve problems.
• Creative: with an ability to design original itineraries or product concepts, not just execute existing ones.
• Willingness to travel across the region as needed, with frequency varying by project.
• Manages work well to complete tasks carefully, thoughtfully, and in a timely fashion.
