Mô tả công việc:
- Research and develop shoe designs according to customer requirements.
- Research raw materials suitable for shoe designs.
- Check the stages of shoe sample production, Monitor the progress of shoe samples and prepare progress reports.
- Report monthly and quarterly to customers and company management.
- Perform other tasks from management.
Yêu cầu công việc:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in footwear product development, manufacturing, or quality assurance preferred.
- Basic understanding of shoe construction, materials, and development processes.
- Familiarity with sample inspection, fitting, and pattern grading is a plus.
- Experience using PLM systems or similar tools is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn technical processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and vendors.
