JOB OVERVIEW

As an Operation Executive, you will support supplier sourcing, quotation requests, price negotiations, and event execution. You will work closely with internal teams, partners, and vendorsto ensure events are successfully delivered according to plan. This role is ideal for candidates who are proactive, problem-solving, and eager to grow in the event industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in sourcing and liaising with suppliers, requesting quotations, and providing optimal recommendations.
• Support price negotiations, ensuring reasonable costs within the event budget.
• Coordinate event logistics, including setup, execution, and dismantling.
• Work with contractors, suppliers, and partnersto ensure smooth event execution.
• Monitor event budgets, track expenses, and update financial reports.
• Handle on-site issues, providing immediate solutions for smooth event flow.
• Prepare event materials, reports, and post-event evaluations.
• Support recruitment and coordination of outsourced event staff.

• At least 1 year of experiencein event operations or a related field.
• Ability to source, work with, and negotiate with suppliers.
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work under pressureand adapt to changing conditions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to work overtime and travelwhen required.
