Mid/Senior Java Developers (IAM/One Identity – Insurance Domain)

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level Java applications with a focus on IAM/One Identity solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

- Integrate authentication, authorization, and identity management frameworks into client systems.

- Ensure system security, compliance, and performance optimization.

- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support for team members when needed

- 3+ years of hands-on Java development experience (Mid-level) or 5+ years (Senior level).

- Proven experience with IAM platforms (especially One Identity) in enterprise environments.

- Familiarity with the Insurance domain or other regulated industries is highly preferred.

- Strong knowledge of Spring Framework, REST APIs, and relational databases.

- Experience with authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect) is a plus.

- Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.

- Ability to work hybrid/onsite in Hanoi and onboard immediately
