Chi Tiết Công Việc

Organize production according to demand and quality standard.
Monitor/schedule manpower, machine/equipment, raw materials to cover production demand.
Coordinate production workflow to maximize output.
Monitor job to ensure products are produced on time in a profitable result.
Monitor production cost to ensure the production process stays within budget.
Prepare performance report and strengthen performance indicators.
Obtain output information.
Keep paperwork on production floor organized.
Address issues aiming for minimum disruption.

Bachelor graduation.
At least 2-3 years experience in Material/Production Planning.
Experience in Manufacturing Industry, Mechanical and Semiconductors is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of MRP; SAP User experience is highly recommended.
Very good knowledge of production process. Understand about technical drawing.
Good at math and statistics.
Risk management and able to quickly rectify issues in production process.
Coaching skill, ability to motivate employees.
English verbal and written communication skill is required.
MS Office high competency.
