Chi Tiết Công Việc

Support the creation and adaptation of marketing content for EDM, Zalo OA, Facebook, and other digital channels.
Assist in executing CRM campaigns to enhance customer acquisition, engagement, and loyalty.
Coordinate the development of marketing materials and ensure they align with brand guidelines.
Work with internal teams and external agencies to support campaign execution.
Maintain content calendars, prepare campaign reports, and analyze performance data to identify improvement opportunities.

Final-year student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.
Strong communication and creative thinking skills.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and CRM is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
