PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF ROLE The Marketing Executive is responsible for supporting the development and execution of product-driven marketing initiatives across core and non-core destinations. The role focuses on creating compelling travel products, delivering impactful presentations and training, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring consistent brand communication across all channels. This position plays a key role in enhancing the company’s market presence through creative campaigns, strong partner collaboration, and continuous improvement of marketing processes. Product Marketing & Promotional Development
Develop and package thematic travel products tailored to specific markets and customer segments
Prepare detailed promotional materials including itineraries, brochures, and sales toolkits
Create and customize PowerPoint presentations for webinars, sales meetings, and partner training sessions
Support the planning and execution of FAM trips, including coordination of itineraries, materials, and follow-up reports
Work closely with Product and Sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning
Webinar & Training Support
Organize and coordinate product training webinars for agents and partners
Customize content based on regional markets and audience profiles
Deliver or co-deliver presentations when required
Track attendance, engagement, and feedback for continuous improvement
Maintain a library of updated training materials and presentations
Partner Relationship Management
Maintain strong working relationships with suppliers, and travel agents
Coordinate joint marketing campaigns and co-op promotions
Act as a communication bridge between internal teams and external partners
Support negotiation and alignment of marketing contributions from partners
Ensure timely follow-up on all partner-related marketing activities
Maintain close partnership with different consortia, tourism boards and all the alliances
Marketing Campaign Execution
Assist in the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns (online and offline)
Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder inputs
Monitor campaign performance and prepare post-campaign analysis reports
Support content creation for email marketing, social media, and trade communications
Graphic Design & Marketing Collaterals
Design and produce marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, and digital assets
Ensure all materials are aligned with brand guidelines and visual identity
Work with external designers or agencies when required
Update and maintain a repository of marketing assets
Communication with Consortia & Agencies
Develop customized communications for consortia, mega agencies, and key accounts
Prepare tailored proposals and marketing content for strategic partners
Ensure consistency in messaging across all partner communications
Support participation in trade shows, events, and industry networking activities
Continuous Improvement & Reporting
Continually learn and research about destinations, products and market trends
Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes and tools
Track and report on key marketing KPIs and performance metrics
Maintain accurate documentation of campaigns, materials, and activities
Proactively suggest new ideas for product innovation and marketing strategies

QUALIFICATIONS AND KNOWLEDGE
Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism
General tourism knowledge
Good destination and product knowledge of Southeast Asia and beyond.
Basic travel marketing knowledge (a plus)
EXPERIENCE
1-2 years of experience as a Travel Consultant or in a similar role within the luxury travel industry are highly preferred.
