Chi Tiết Công Việc

Logistics & Delivery Coordination

Prepare delivery schedules for distributors and direct customers.
Coordinate with transportation providers (DHL Express, 247 Express, freight forwarders, etc.) to arrange deliveries and track shipment status.
Monitor shipment progress and update relevant stakeholders on delivery status.
Update inventory and shipment tracking files to ensure accurate delivery information.

Transportation Cost & Logistics Operations

Prepare shipment lists and verify quantities against shipping documents.
Calculate transportation costs and communicate charges to distributors for confirmation.
Support logistics planning activities and maintain logistics operational data.
Assist in preparing shipping and transportation documents when required.

Billing & Invoice Verification

Review logistics invoices, debit notes, and supporting documents to ensure accuracy of charges and vendor information.
Prepare and organize payment documents for logistics service providers.
Maintain billing records and follow up invoice payment status in SAP.
Support logistics cost reporting and cost tracking activities.

Procurement & Administrative Support

Assist in creating Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs) for logistics vendors.
Prepare supporting documents for payment and procurement processes.
Collect customs declarations and other logistics documents requested by Finance and Accounting teams.
Maintain proper filing and documentation for logistics and procurement records.

Third or fourth-year students majoring in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Foreign Trade, or a related field.
Available to work full-time from Monday to Friday for six months.
Basic knowledge of import-export operations and logistics.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work accurately with documents and numerical data.
Good communication and coordination skills.

Internship allowance: VND 5,000,000/month.
