Chi Tiết Công Việc

Logistics assistant:
Verify the accuracy and completeness of shipping documents.
Receive Arrival Notices and Freight Invoices from the forwarder and submit them to the customs broker for e-customs declaration.
Coordinate with the 3PL to monitor shipments from customs clearance through delivery execution, ensuring compliance with agreed timelines.
Update and maintain shipment data in Power BI reports.
Create, manage, and track payment requisitions for 3PL services.
Prepare and submit payment requests in the system in accordance with financial procedures.
Handover complete document sets to the Accounting Department and maintain proper filing after task completion.
Prepare item lists and issue delivery notifications to customers.
Provide shipping and delivery documentation upon customer request.
Track and follow up on delivery schedules to ensure timely fulfillment for customers.

Internship allowance: VND 5,000,000/month.
Company-provided working equipment, including laptop, mouse, and headset.
