Lead Full Stack Developer

Responsibilities:

Lead the development team (Backend and Frontend developers), managing task allocation across 3-4 simultaneous projects.

Actively participate in the full stack development, including:

Backend: Java (Spring Boot), PostgreSQL

Frontend: React with TypeScript

Conduct regular code reviews, ensuring code quality, consistency, and adherence to best practices.

Serve as the primary technical liaison between the offshore team and the onshore team, maintaining clear and effective communication.

Proactively identify technical issues, provide solutions, and mitigate project risks.

Provide mentorship and support team skill growth.

Maintain technical documentation and ensure clarity in project deliverables.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.

Strong expertise in Java Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, React, and TypeScript.

Previous experience leading or mentoring technical teams preferred.

Familiarity or experience with React Native is a plus.

Fluent in English with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Comfortable working remotely and effectively managing distributed teams.
