Dear Valued Candidates,
Our client – a leading company in the Logistics industry – is looking for a Key Account Manager with the following details:
Location: Tan Binh, Ho Chi Minh City
Working time: Monday – Saturday (Saturday work from home)
Job Responsibilities
Manage and maintain key accounts; build strong client relationships and ensure high satisfaction
Understand client needs and provide suitable logistics/supply chain solutions
Monitor project progress, costs, and issues; proactively resolve and report
Analyze customer data (cost, volume, profit) and provide periodic business reports
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, warehouse, transport, finance)
Upsell to existing clients and develop new business opportunities
Achieve sales targets and revenue growth
Handle quotations, contract negotiation, and periodic review
Track market trends and competitors to propose strategies

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, or related fields
Minimum 2+ years in Key Account Management, Customer Services or Sales (logistics experience preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills
Good command of Chinese.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
Proactive, responsible, team-oriented, and willing to travel
