- Support and maintain customer relationship in assigned customers as Customer Manager role.
- Lead, give advice other junior engineers and support them in their project implementation.
- Able to lead small group of Engineers in project implementation, control and manage progress status, report to line manager timely
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related fields.
• Experience: Junior: 1 – 2 -> Middle: 3 – 5 years of experience in IT support, system maintenance, or network operations, IT system, implementation (Network, Server, Cloud, Security) and handling rojects from Pre-Sales to Post-Sales.
• English Intermediate Level (communicate well)
• Having knowledge of security tools and technologies
