As a Business & IT Consultant, you will deliver high-value consulting services across multiple domains, including Digital Transformation (DX), Business Process Re-engineering (BPR), New Business Development, and Market Research & Assessment. You will act as the critical bridge between business strategy and IT execution, working closely with clients to translate their vision into actionable technical frameworks.

【Responsibilities】
- Business Analytics & Market Assessment: Clarify client business goals and extract complex requirements into structured, functional definitions for DX/BPR initiatives while performing rigorous market research to inform strategic growth plans.
- IT Specification Design & Vendor Management: Utilize your technical background to design actionable IT specifications and act as the primary liaison to manage external IT vendors, ensuring seamless solution implementation and high-quality delivery.
- Change Management & Project Driving: Drive projects forward with a strong sense of urgency, speed, and ownership. Navigate ambiguity independently while engaging closely with clients to lead user adoption and maintain high team motivation.
- Business Development & Proposal Formulation: Identify new digital and strategic opportunities within the growing Southeast Asian market, proactively formulating tailored proposals from scratch to pitch and secure new client engagements.

- Bachelor's degree.
- English : Intermediate Level
- At least 2 years of solid experience in the Consulting company, specifically focusing on DX/BPR consulting, market research, strategy development, or corporate strategic planning
- Technical Background: Proven background in IT (e.g., experience as an IT Project Manager, Bridge SE, Systems Analyst, or equivalent).
