Chi Tiết Công Việc

Mô tả công việc:

• Support investment execution, financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, and transaction management.

• Assist in project management throughout the investment lifecycle, including budgeting, financial performance, and portfolio monitoring.

• Conduct market research, prepare investment proposals, and coordinate with developers, banks, and other stakeholders.

• Work closely with the Investment Director on strategic projects and business development initiatives.

* Working Hours: 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM, Monday - Friday.

Yêu cầu công việc:

• 30 - 35 years old.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, Accounting, or related fields.

• Upper-Intermediate English (approximately TOEIC 850 / IELTS 6.5 or above).

• 5 - 7 years of experience in investment analysis, real estate, portfolio management, or auditing.

• Strong financial analysis and Excel skills.

• Good understanding of investment, financial modeling, risk analysis, and Vietnam's real estate regulations.

* Preferred:

• Professional certifications such as CFA, ACCA, or CPA.
