The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end investment processes, ranging from initial market screening and financial modeling to managing comprehensive due diligence and monitoring ongoing performance. 【Responsibilities】
-Identify, source, and evaluate real estate investment and development opportunities in Vietnam.
-Conduct market research, competitor analysis, site visits, and preliminary project screening.
-Prepare feasibility studies, financial models, investment memoranda, and business plans.
-Coordinate legal, technical, financial, tax, environmental, and commercial due diligence.
-Review project structures, land-related matters, planning conditions, permits, development rights, and key contracts.
-Support negotiations with landowners, local developers, consultants, and key stakeholders.
-Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality, sales, leasing performance, cash flow, and investment returns.
-Maintain strong relationships with local authorities, business partners, consultants, and relevant stakeholders.
-Participate in English meetings, prepare reports and presentations, and explain project risks and financial assumptions.
-Other related tasks

-Bachelor's degree
-At least 5 years of experience in real estate investment and development.
-English: Upper-Intermediate level
-Proficiency in computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
