INVESTMENT ASSISTANT MANAGER (Real Estate - Good English) – 35 - 45 million VND [28820 - Cau Giay, Hanoi]

• Identify, source, and evaluate real estate investment and development opportunities in Vietnam.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, site visits, and preliminary project screening.
• Prepare feasibility studies, financial models, investment memoranda, and business plans.
• Coordinate legal, technical, financial, tax, environmental, and commercial due diligence.
• Review project structures, land-related matters, planning conditions, permits, development rights, and key contracts.
• Support negotiations with landowners, local developers, consultants, and key stakeholders.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality, sales/leasing performance, cash flow, and investment returns.
• Maintain relationships with local authorities, business partners, consultants, and other stakeholders.
• Participate in English meetings and prepare reports/presentations, including explanations of project risks and financial assumptions.

• Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday; Saturday morning every other week.

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 5 years of experience in real estate investment and development.
• English: Upper-Intermediate level.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Experience working for a Japanese company is preferred.
• A strong network with local developers and real estate-related companies in Vietnam is an advantage.
• Age: 30 - 40.
