Chi Tiết Công Việc

Coordinate and support the implementation of the hotel’s learning and development programs.
Conduct training sessions and monitor training effectiveness.
Collaborate with Department Heads to identify training needs and support employee development.
Maintain training records, reports, and related documentation.
Support the development of departmental trainers, operational manuals, and internship programs.
Ensure compliance with training standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Experience delivering training sessions in the hospitality industry is an advantage.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Good command of both written and spoken English.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
