Human Resources

• Manage attendance, payroll, bonuses, and employee benefits.
• Manage employee records and update HR data in the ERP system.
• Monitor and handle procedures related to employment contracts, social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance.
• Recruit personnel based on company needs (posting job ads, screening resumes, interviewing, evaluating candidates, ETC.).
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Organize training programs and employee development initiatives.
• Support internal activities and foster corporate culture.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related fields.

● At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar position.

● Strong knowledge of labor laws, social insurance, personal income tax, and related regulations.

● Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

● Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

● Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).

● Responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive in work.
