Chi Tiết Công Việc

Mô tả công việc:

  • Manage the onboarding process and employee care activities to ensure a positive and seamless employee experience.
  • Support and/or lead the annual performance management cycle, including performance appraisals, salary reviews, merit increases, and bonus administration.
  • Prepare and maintain HR reports, dashboards, organizational charts, workforce analytics, and employee turnover reports to support business decision-making.
  • Coordinate employee engagement surveys and monitor action plans in collaboration with department managers.
  • Support talent review processes, succession planning, and Individual Development Plan (IDP) tracking.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation for HR Committee meetings, talent review sessions, and management discussions.
  • Support organizational change initiatives by coordinating communication plans, tracking implementation progress, and monitoring employee adoption.
  • Coordinate company events, employee engagement activities, and VIP visits, including planning, logistics, and on-site execution.
  • Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to support HR initiatives and organizational objectives.
  • Perform other HR-related duties and ad hoc assignments as required by management

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Preferably less than 5 years of experience in Human Resources with exposure to multiple HR functions, or more than 5 years of direct HR Business Partner (HRBP) experience.
  • Good understanding of core HR practices, including performance management, employee engagement, talent management, and organizational development.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in HR reporting and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
