Directly supervise and support teachers and staff according to the school’s organizational chart.
Plan and oversee the care and nutrition of children; provide training for teachers on child care and education practices.
Plan and monitor the implementation of the preschool program according to MOET guidelines, ensuring that children in the final year (Kindergarten 3) meet the required learning outcomes.
Be responsible for managing academic and daycare documentation.
Manage student records and the school’s legal documents.
Conduct performance evaluations of preschool teachers and compile the school-wide teacher achievement reports.
Supervise and ensure compliance with school hygiene, healthcare, fire safety, and campus safety regulations.
Inspect and oversee extracurricular activities at the school, including festivals, field trips, etc.
Act on behalf of the Principal to lead school operations and resolve issues as authorized.
Carry out other specialized tasks as assigned by upper management.
Fulfill professional duties in accordance with the roles and workflow of the Vice Principal.

Graduated from a college or higher with a major in Early Childhood Education or English Studies or relevant.
Holds a certificate in preschool management.
Thorough understanding of the Education Law, regulations on preschool operations, and other relevant legal documents.
Familiar with various early childhood education methods (traditional and modern).
Knowledgeable in school safety standards (kitchen, nutrition, healthcare, facilities), and in maintaining the school’s image and brand.
Human resource management skills: able to lead, inspire, and build a friendly environment; capable of managing, interviewing, evaluating, and training staff.
Strong planning and organizational skills.
Possesses sound pedagogical skills.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a school leadership/management role.
Preference given to candidates with experience working in private or international school systems.
