Chi Tiết Công Việc

Expense & Payable Management (40%): Manage and record all company operating expenses and Cost of Goods Sold (COGS). Establish strict controls over Accounts Payable (AP), ensuring accurate and timely payments to both domestic suppliers and international logistics partners.
International Transactions & Tax Compliance (30%): Handle complex international payment dossiers for cross-border operations. Prepare, audit, and finalize related tax declarations, specifically Foreign Contractor Tax (FCT), VAT, and CIT. Ensure all cross-border transactions strictly comply with State Bank and Customs regulations.
General Ledger & Cost Reporting (20%): Perform rigorous month-end and year-end closings, reconcile bank statements, and consolidate expense data. Produce highly accurate cost analysis reports and provide actionable insights to support BOD in budget optimization.
Systems & AI (10%): Participate in operating and improving workflows on the ERP system. Proactively research and apply AI tools and advanced automation (e.g., OCR) to accelerate the processing of supplier invoices and streamline payment approvals.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or a related field. Holding a Chief Accountant certificate or pursuing CPA is a strong advantage.

- Problem Solving & Empathy: Strong Systems Thinking. Able to trace complex expense anomalies back to their root causes and work collaboratively with the Purchasing and Logistics teams to resolve vendor disputes without friction.
- Result Oriented: Highly detail-oriented. Takes End-to-End Ownership of financial compliance and ensures absolute zero-error execution in high-stakes international payments.
- Adaptability & Self-Learning: Acts as a Change Agent. Quickly interprets new foreign exchange regulations or FCT decrees and translates them into internal compliance policies for the finance team.
- Technology & AI: Deeply experienced in ERP data architecture and highly capable of leading AP automation initiatives within the accounting department.
Professional Knowledge & Experience:
- 3+ years of comprehensive experience in General Accounting, with a strong focus on Expense Management, AP, and Tax (especially FCT/CIT) in a B2B or Logistics environment.
- Capable of proactively advising BOD on cost optimization and dealing directly with external auditors or tax authorities during inspections.
- Deep, hands-on experience with ERP systems (Odoo preferred) and workflow optimization.
