JOB DESCRIPTION

Are you a versatile developer passionate about full stack development and AI technologies? Do you thrive in building end-to-end solutions that combine robust backend systems with intuitive user interfaces, while leveraging cutting-edge AI capabilities?

We are looking for a talented Full Stack Developer with AI expertise to join our team and take ownership of developing, maintaining, and enhancing our RAG-powered chatbot solutions built on AWS infrastructure. You'll work directly with customers to understand their needs and implement features that deliver real business value.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Full Stack Development:

• Design and develop scalable web applications with modern frontend frameworks (React, TypeScript) and backend services

• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices architecture on AWS

• Create responsive, user-friendly interfaces based on design specifications and customer requirements

• Implement real-time features for chatbot interactions and data visualization

AI/RAG System Development:

• Develop and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines using Amazon Bedrock and LangChain

• Implement and maintain vector search capabilities using PGVector and OpenSearch

• Build custom chatbot features and extensions based on customer requirements

• Integrate LLM capabilities with existing enterprise systems and data sources

• Design and implement prompt engineering strategies for optimal model performance

Core Bot Enhancement:

• Collaborate directly with customers to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications

• Continuously update and improve the core chatbot framework based on customer feedback

• Implement custom knowledge base integrations and data pipeline solutions

• Develop evaluation and monitoring systems for RAG performance and accuracy

• Create modular, reusable components for rapid deployment across different customer environments

Technical Innovation:

• Research and implement new features using Amazon Bedrock's latest capabilities

• Optimize vector embeddings and retrieval strategies for improved response quality

• Develop automated testing frameworks for both frontend and AI components

• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical roadmap planning

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields.

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in full stack development, or chatbot/automation development.

• Familiarity with AWS services (Bedrock, Lambda, API Gateway, etc.).

• Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Shell scripting, or Powershell for automation and model integration.

• Strong understanding of RESTful API design, RAG pipelines, and microservices architecture.

• Self-starter with a positive attitude, able to work independently and collaboratively.

• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and eagerness to explore new technologies.

• Proficiency in English (spoken and written); Vietnamese is required.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with ReactJS for front-end development.

• Knowledge of Serverless architecture, and AWS CDK.

• Experience using Tailwind CSS for clean and scalable UI design.

• Ability to convert Figma designs into functional user interfaces.

• Deeper understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs).
