What You'll Do

• Handle daily financial operations, including recording sales, expenses, invoices, and transactions.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable-track payments, follow up on overdue invoices, and confirm vendor payments.
• Reconcile bank statements and internal records to keep everything aligned.
• Assist in monthly payroll, benefits, and HR coordination to ensure timely, accurate payments.
• Support external accountants with documentation and compliance requirements.
• Create simple financial reports to support smart decision-making and assist in financial forecasting to help the team plan for growth and manage budgets effectively
• Spot opportunities to improve and streamline financial processes.

Who We're Looking For

• 1-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, reconciliation, data checks).
• Strong attention to detail to prevent mistakes before they happen.
• Clear and professional communicator (Vietnamese & English).
• Adaptable and practical when solving problems.
• Responsible and organized.
