Chi Tiết Công Việc

1. Pre-sales Technical Support

Cooperate with sales to conduct technical communication, solution explanation, and product selection support with customers.
Deeply understand customer application scenarios (energy, industrial automation, oil & gas, transportation, smart cities, etc.) and deliver implementable technical solutions.
Participate in customer technical meetings and provide remote or on-site technical Q&A to improve customer technical recognition and increase deal conversion rate.

2. Product Introduction & Project Support

Assist customers in sample testing, POC validation, small-batch trial use, and project implementation.
Guide customers in product configuration, deployment, debugging, and basic secondary development.
Follow up on the technical progress of key projects, identify technical risks in advance, and reduce project loss rate.

3. After-sales Technical Support

Responsible for customer issue analysis, fault localization, and solution output (mainly remote support, on-site support when necessary).
Coordinate internal R&, product teams to handle complex issues and promote issue closure.
Produce FAQs, application guides, and technical documents to continuously improve technical support efficiency.

4. Market & Product Feedback

Collect feedback from markets on product functions, performance, certifications, and reliability.
Feed customer requirements back to product managers and R& teams, participate in product improvement and new product definition.
Assist sales in identifying potential industry opportunities and project leads.
Provide technical training to agents and key customers.

1. Basic Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronic Information, Communication Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, Embedded Systems, or related fields.
More than 3 years of experience in IoT products / industrial control / communication equipment / IoT technical support or FAE.
Willing to accept frequent business trips or long-term assignment abroad (Moscow).

2. Technical Requirements

Familiar with industrial communication and IoT product systems, including but not limited to: Industrial 4G/5G routers, DTU, industrial gateways RS485 / RS232 / CAN / Ethernet / I/O
Familiar with common industrial and IoT protocols: Modbus, MQTT, TCP/IP, etc.
Basic understanding of Linux / embedded systems, able to perform basic configuration and troubleshooting.
Basic networking knowledge: IP, VPN, NAT, firewall, etc.
Hands-on experience in project debugging or on-site troubleshooting is preferred.

3. Language & Communication Skills

Chinese/English can be used as a working language (emails, meetings, technical communication). - Proficient in Chinese and English is a strong plus.
Good cross-cultural communication skills and customer service awareness.
