As a Field Application Engineer, you will play a crucial role in bridging sales and technical execution throughout the entire customer lifecycle. You will be responsible for customer engagement, technical solution presentation, proof-of-concept demonstrations, and post-delivery support. Candidates are expected to possess strong problem-solving skills, RF fundamental knowledge, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional and international teams.

【Responsibilities】
-Assist in gathering and analyzing technical requirements from clients to qualify business opportunities.
-Deliver product demonstrations, proof-of-concept (PoC), and technical presentations to prospective customers.
-Develop technical proposals, including system configurations, Bill of Quantities (BoQ), and RFP responses.
-Visit customer sites (2-3 times per week) to provide technical training, guidance, and operational support.
-Support technical validation, configuration alignment, and deal execution in collaboration with internal sales teams.
-Assist with system delivery, implementation, configuration, and acceptance testing at client facilities.
-Provide first-line technical support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis post-delivery.
-Collaborate with internal R&, global factories, and third-party partners to resolve complex technical issues.
-Support technical activities for marketing events, seminars, customer engagements, and partner enablement.
-Other related tasks assigned by the manager.

【Must】
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
- English: Intermediate level.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Field Application Engineer or Technical Support Engineer in the telecommunications or electronics industry.
- Basic knowledge of RF fundamentals (spectrum, modulation, propagation, etc.)
- Understanding of wireless communication systems (LTE/5G is a plus)
- Experience with RF measurement or wireless communication systems
- Speak English(Intermediate Level)

【Prefer】
- Speak Chinese or Taiwanese, HSK level 5.
- Hand-on experience with RF test equipment (e.g., spectrum analyzer, signal generator, network analyzer)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication skills and willingness to work directly with customers
- Proactive learning attitude and ability to quickly acquire new technical knowledge
