Event Specialist

Event management:

• Prepare project plans and event strategy, including events, activations, seminars, meet-ups, and contests.
• Research the market to identify event opportunities and generate interest.
• Liaise with clients to identify their needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develop communication and content plans for events.
• Manage the acquisition of attendees.
• Coordinate the acquisition of event speakers and participants.
• Liaise with vendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders during the event planning process to ensure everything is in order.
• Manage all aspects of event setup, teardown, and follow-up processes, including booking venues, entertainers, photographers, and scheduling speakers.
• Analyze event performance metrics and post-event feedback to identify areas for improvement in event outcomes.
• Propose ideas to enhance services and event quality.
• Monitor project progress and budgets.
• Work with internal stakeholders to execute projects.

Partnership MKT Execution:

• Identify and qualify potential partners for lead generation.
• Support partner events and manage partner marketing communications.
• Maintain positive and productive relationship with partners.

• Bachelor or associate degree in business administration, Marketing, or Communication.
• Understanding the market, and business trends, especially in the education industry, is an advantage.
