Electrical Manager (Thai Binh) - 28832

- Organize and implement the professional activities of the Electrical Department in accordance with technical requirements and the established schedule.
- Supervise, inspect, and provide guidance on the work performed by department members and relevant contractors.
- Propose corrective and preventive measures, as well as improvements to processes, systems, work instructions, and related procedures.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the General Director / Deputy General Director.
- Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports on operational status and propose solutions/plans to the management.
- Ensure that operating expenses do not exceed the approved budget.
- Take primary responsibility for carrying out the assigned professional scope of work of the Electrical Department.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure the consistency and efficiency of the electrical system and related technical facilities.
- Manage the department's personnel, including work allocation and performance evaluation.

- Graduated from university with a major in electrical engineering or related fields
- English: At least Intermediate level
-Possess a certificate in occupational safety related to the electrical industry or electrical construction supervision.
- At least 5 years of experience in 110kV electrical engineering.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in management and senior supervisory positions.
- Strong management and supervisory skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficient in office software and relevant technical software.
- Strong situational handling and problem-solving skills.
