Ecommerce Executive

- Conduct, execute the business plan to achieve the sales target and prepare sales forecast for each product in the sales channel

- Do market research to understand the market landscape and product positioning.

- Leverage Shopify data and tools (apps, analytics, CRM) to optimize the customer journey and boost conversion rates.

- Perform pricing and develop promotional campaign to generate sales.

- Coordinate with Marketing team to implement marketing campaign (Google, Facebook, Email, Affiliate,...),

- Coordinate and work with other departments (Purchasing, R&D,…) for smooth running of sales operation

- Report and Deep dive Analysis: prepare sales report & analysis (result-oriented) by week, month and quarter.

- Improve in process, system, and measurement using data and research

• Qualifications: University graduate, priority given to majors in business, marketing, e-commerce or related fields

• Experience in Digital/ Performance Marketing (Google, Facebook, Email, affiliate,... is preferable)

• Experience: working in the field of online business Shopify or marketplace is an advantage; Experience in managing website content and images as an admin.

Kinh nghiệm: làm việc trong lĩnh vực kinh doanh online Shopify hoặc marketplace là một lợi thế; Có kinh nghiệm quản lý nội dung, hình ảnh website dạng admin.

• Skills: Proficiency in English and digital marketing tools and techniques (e.g. Google Ads, Social Media Advertising, SEO).
