Chi Tiết Công Việc

Manage and optimize Shopee and TikTok Shop stores, including product listings, pricing, campaigns, and flash sales.
Plan, execute, and improve live commerce sessions; coordinate with hosts and KOCs.
Develop strategies to connect online and offline sales (e.g., limited offline drops, retail activations).
Set up and manage affiliate and commission structures for KOCs.
Monitor sales performance, margins, and conversion rates; provide insights and continuous optimization.
Track and report performance metrics with a strong focus on revenue growth and efficiency.

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience operating Shopee and/or TikTok Shop with proven sales results.
Strong understanding of live commerce, affiliate marketing, and platform mechanics.
Native Vietnamese with conversational English proficiency.
Data-driven mindset with a strong focus on sales performance and results.
Existing network of KOCs, livestream hosts, or influencers.
Experience in Beauty or F&B categories.

Salary: 5,000,000 - 10,000,000 VND/month (based on the number of projects).
Transportation allowance: Grab allowance provided.
