Provide strategic leadership across all human resources functions
Build and maintain a talented workforce through effective recruitment, development,and engagement
Design and implement innovative HR strategies that strengthen our company culture
Serve as a trusted advisor to the management team on all people-related matters
Oversee compensation, benefits, and HR budget management
Holds a Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Management, or related field
Possesses thorough knowledge of labor laws and regulations
Brings minimum four (4) years of experience as an HR Director in a 5-star hotel/resort environment
Demonstrates excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
Shows proven ability to train, evaluate performance, and develop staff effectively

- Receive 100% service fee during probation period.
- Social insurance regime: 100%
- Operation Position: 1.5 days off/week.
- Office Position: 02 days off/week (9 working hours/day)
- Support for gasoline/shuttle
