Demand And Production Planner

* Principal Accountabilities:

- Respond to Demand and Production planning in the North of Vietnam. Compliance with Vietnam law and follow up PPG policy.

- Manage job to follow KPI.

* Roles & Responsibility

- Directs the Demand and Production planning activities.

- Monitor planning activities as well as coordinate with relevant departments to achieve Supply Chain KPIs.

- Other task assignment by manager.

1. Demand and production planning management

1.1 Demand management

• Receive sale orders/forecast of South customers from the customer service/sale team and support YP site demand.

• Break down into RM and provide the demand to the supply team & follow up/update the status.

• Data analysis and decision making to support raw material supply and finished goods demand.

• Keep track and report forecast accuracy.

• Confirm delivery schedule to CS/Sale.

1.2 Production planning management

• Monthly report as requested.

• Develop production planning daily/weekly/monthly.

• Coordinate with production to meet customer expectation for delivery time.

• Coordinate with cross functions to handling daily activities.

• Follow Oracle/SAP system.

• Years of experience: ≥5 year(s)

• Minimum education level: Bachelors

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Engineering or equivalent

• Working experience in Demand & production planning and familiar with Oracle/SAP/ERP are mandatory

• Work independently and in a dynamic & challenging environment

• Excellent communication, planning, coordination, interpersonal and problem solving skills while proficiency in verbal & written English and local language

• Knowledgeable in the ISO-related quality systems
