  • Position Overview
  • We are looking for a Creative strategist to support the development of effective advertising creatives for mobile games.
  • The primary responsibility of this role is to analyze advertising performance, identify creative insights, and transform those learnings into clear production briefs concept for motion and graphic teams.
  • The ideal candidate has experience working with marketing performance data, understands mobile game advertising creatives, and can communicate requirements clearly to production teams.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Performance Analysis
  • Analyze advertising and creative performance data.
  • Review key metrics such as CTR, CPI, CPA, Conversion Rate, Retention Rate, and ROAS.
  • Identify patterns behind successful and underperforming creatives.
  • Summarize findings and provide practical recommendations.
  • Creative Brief Development
  • Create creative briefs for video, motion, and static advertising assets.
  • Define content objectives, key messages, hooks, references, and deliverables.
  • Translate performance insights into actionable production requirements.
  • Competitor & Market Research
  • Research competitor advertising creatives and industry trends.
  • Identify new content opportunities and creative approaches.
  • Collect references and examples to support production teams.
  • Production Support
  • Work closely with motion designers, graphic designers, editors, and marketing teams.
  • Ensure all requirements are clear before production begins.
  • Provide clarification and feedback throughout production when needed.
  • Client Communication
  • Participate in client meetings when required.
  • Present findings, creative recommendations, and briefing requirements clearly.
  • Maintain professional communication with international clients.

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Experience
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing analytics, creative strategy, user acquisition, performance marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience working with mobile game marketing campaigns is highly preferred.
  • Experience creating creative briefs for advertising content.
  • Marketing & Analytics
  • Ability to analyze advertising performance data and extract actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with key metrics such as CTR, CPI, CPA, Conversion Rate, Retention Rate, and ROAS.
  • Experience using tools such as Sensor Tower, AppMagic, Meta Ad Library, TikTok Creative Center, or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Familiarity with AI tools that support research and creative workflows.
  • Creative Understanding
  • Good understanding of mobile game advertising creatives.
  • Understanding of video ads, motion graphics, and digital content formats.
  • Ability to convert performance findings into practical creative directions.
  • Communication
  • Strong written communication and presentation skills.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Professional English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Comfortable working directly with international clients.
  • Success Indicators
  • Produces clear and actionable creative briefs.
  • Delivers useful insights from advertising performance data.
  • Supports production teams with minimal clarification required.
  • Contributes ideas that improve creative performance.
  • Maintains effective communication with clients and internal teams.
Kỹ năng:
Nghiên Cứu Thị Trường & Người Dùng , Xây Dựng Lộ Trình Sản Phẩm (Roadmap) , Viết Yêu Cầu Sản Phẩm (PRD)
