CNC Machine Operator For Electric Motor Production

Execute the various stages of electric motor production with CNC machines:

• Programming and operating our CNC Gantry Machining Center to produce aluminum motor parts.

• Programming and operating our CNC Lathe machine to produce the stainless-steel shafts of our electric motor.

• Measuring final dimensions and quality checking.

• Assist in assembling the electric motors.

• There are training opportunities in China.

• At least 3 years of experience working with CNC Milling and Lathe machines;

• Graduated from a University or College with a related Metal Processing Technical major;

• Knowledge of CAD/ CAM/ CNC programming would be an advantage.

• Knowledge of AutoCAD and Inventor would also be an advantage.

• Experience with Fanuc/ KND system CNC controls;

• Able to communicate in the English language;

• Ability to work with engineering drawings, use gauges, pay attention to the manufacturing process, and apply analytical thinking;

• Good strength due to working with heavy product parts and heavy fixtures.

• Know how to drive a forklift and overhead crane.
