Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business and revenue targets.
Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities in the logistics and freight forwarding industry.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and business accounts.
Understand customer logistics needs and provide appropriate freight forwarding and logistics solutions.
Develop sales pipelines, follow up on leads, and manage the sales process from initial contact to closing.
Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
Work closely with internal operations and relevant teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Monitor sales performance, revenue, and customer development activities.
Take ownership of sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the Vietnam business.

Fluent in Chinese, including speaking, reading, and writing.
Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the logistics industry.
Strong understanding of logistics/freight forwarding services and customer needs.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Results-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently.
Strong business development mindset with the ability to identify and convert new business opportunities.

Base Salary: Approximately VND 15,000,000 – 20,000,000/month, or negotiable based on experience and interview performance.
Performance Target: 2 times the monthly base salary.
Commission: 20%–25% of revenue, with 30% applied to revenue exceeding the target.
