Chief Plumbing Engineer

To carry out Design Coordination / site construction work, MAR / MS / MOA and as built documentation with operation and maintenance manual.

• Check design documents, quality document in order to comply project technical requirement and related standard.

• Review the submission documents of subcon.

• Control SUBCON to carryout the installation works, including the safety, schedule and quality.

• To issue the SMR BASE on the actually SITE condition.

• Inspection with PIC/MRB after the work done.

• Preparation of method statement.

• Order material for work and follow-up for Delivery.

• Submission of SUBCON documents.

• Preparation and certification of running bills.

• Testing and commissioning of Plumbing system.

• Coordination with SITE civil and electrical works.

• Coordination with other CPs for Plumbing requirements.

• Coordination with authorities for Getting water, drainage and sewage connection etc.

• Preparation of as built drawings and operation and maintenance manual.

Graduation from university with major in Mechanical engineering

• Experience in Plumbing works

• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, MS Project)

• Primavera

• Auto CAD

• 10 years of experience (With 5 Year experience in similar Position)

• Good in using English (Writing & Speaking)

• Can Start work As Soon As Possible.
