• Monitor and implement social insurance, health insurance, register for personal income tax number, and reduce family circumstances periodically;
• Buil, develop and maintain the NLIC employee information storage system to optimize the retrieval and analysis of employee data (including HR System)
• Manage, control and execute labor management and Outsourcing contracts to ensure compliance with company processes, offer suggestions and solutions to increase efficiency for human resource management.
• Monitor and carry out the company’s labor legal to ensure compliance with state labor regulations.
• Manage and store employee records (including soft copy and hard copy)
• Participate in consulting, guidance, providing information and solution for company employees on issues related to labor law, compulsory insurance and voluntary insurance, welfare regimes, discipline to improve employee compliance;
• Implementation of sickness and maternity benefits for NLIC. Support and guide to pay expenses with Insurance Providers
• Maintain monthly, quarterly, yearly HR expense report;
• Support monthly salary calculation, data income for payroll.
• Report on personnel changes monthly, quarterly and annually;
• Report on increase/decrease in compulsory insurance, monthly voluntary insurance
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields are preferable
• Experience in payroll outsourcing in consulting firm.
• Proficiency in English

• Proficient in office software.
• Knowledge of Labor Law, Law on Personal Income Tax, Law on Social Insurance - Health Insurance.
